Overview
Designed an integrated marketing campaign for Ciber (now HTC Global Services), a technology services company focused on connecting organizations with IT talent and solutions. The campaign leveraged a simple wordplay concept, transforming “IT” from a technical abbreviation into a flexible message platform that highlighted the company’s ability to find the right IT expertise for every need.
Objective
Develop a memorable campaign identity and communication system that increased awareness of Ciber’s IT staffing and technology solutions while creating a clear, engaging message that could extend across multiple marketing channels.

Understanding the Campaign
Defined a campaign direction focused on simplifying a complex technology message and making Ciber’s services more approachable and memorable. The goal was to communicate expertise while creating a concept that could quickly resonate with business audiences.
Developing the Identity
Built the campaign around the phrase “We Find IT for You,” using the dual meaning of “IT” as both information technology and the everyday word “it.” This wordplay created a flexible messaging platform that emphasized Ciber’s ability to find the right technology solutions, skills, and resources for clients.
The visual approach supported the message by making “IT” the focal point of the campaign, creating a recognizable design element that could be carried across email communications and digital marketing materials.
Extending the Brand
Applied the campaign concept across digital touchpoints, including Marketo email communications and advertising assets, creating a consistent visual experience that supported Ciber’s marketing goals and strengthened brand recognition.
