Process

Discovery & Alignment
Participated in planning and alignment sessions with internal stakeholders and an external website partner. Helped clarify page requirements, content structure, and the overall visual direction for the redesigned CSG and Forte websites.

Visual Asset Design
Created data visualizations to translate complex telecom and enterprise information into clear, intuitive graphics. Designed hero overlays and supporting assets that established a consistent visual language across the digital experience. Iterated designs based on feedback from CSG product experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

Production in Figma
Prepared, organized, and uploaded approved imagery and visual assets in Figma. Ensured all deliverables followed design standards and were structured for efficient handoff and implementation.

Design-to-Development Collaboration
Supported implementation by clarifying design intent, reviewing built pages, and ensuring visual consistency across components and layouts.

Launch Support & Iteration
