Overview
Creative direction and design of the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) campaign for CSG, developing a cohesive visual system that elevated the company's presence across one of the telecommunications industry's largest global events. The campaign unified booth environments, digital experiences, marketing communications, and sales enablement assets into a consistent brand experience.
Objective
To create a compelling event campaign that increased CSG's visibility at Mobile World Congress while delivering a cohesive brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints, supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and executive thought leadership.

Inspired by the theme Reinvention Unleashed, the campaign positioned CSG as a catalyst for transformation, enabling customers to embrace change, simplify complexity, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Campaign planning and strategic alignment
Partnered with marketing, event, and product stakeholders to define campaign objectives, messaging priorities, and customer engagement goals. Established a unified creative direction that aligned business objectives with the overall MWC strategy.
Translating messaging into visual storytelling
The CSG Plum brand color served as the foundational anchor of the system, reinforcing brand recognition and continuity across a high-visibility global event. To reflect the theme of Reinvention Unleashed, the palette was extended with neon accent tones and high-contrast highlights, introducing a more dynamic, high-tech aesthetic. These luminous accents were used to convey energy, speed, and forward momentum, visually echoing the idea of “unleashing” scalability, complexity, and growth.
Building the event experience
Spatial storytelling was structured around moments of engagement, including product demonstration areas, meeting spaces, and visual wayfinding systems that supported intuitive navigation. Each zone was designed to reflect the core campaign idea of “unleashing” scalability, complexity, and growth through clear visual hierarchy and dynamic composition.
Cross-channel execution
Produced a comprehensive suite of assets that supported every phase of the event, from pre-show marketing and on-site engagement to post-event follow-up. Maintaining visual consistency across multiple formats ensured a recognizable and polished CSG presence throughout the conference.

The campaign centered on the theme Reinvention Unleashed, extending the concept across the event through messaging variations such as Unleash Scalability, Unleash Simplicity, and Accelerate Growth. A cohesive visual system unified booth graphics, digital experiences, presentations, and marketing assets, creating a consistent brand presence across every touchpoint.

Event Experience
The MWC booth and environment brought the campaign to life through immersive storytelling, spatial graphics, and live demonstrations. The space featured a larger physical footprint with three LED digital walls, a dedicated speaking stage, and six meeting rooms to support presentations, demos, and customer meetings.
The experience extended beyond the booth with two branded vans designed to promote CSG throughout the MWC grounds, reinforcing visibility and driving awareness across high-traffic areas of the event.
Daily social media ads were deployed throughout the event to promote real-time highlights and daily recaps, extending engagement beyond the physical experience and maintaining momentum across digital channels. Post-event, recap content was also featured in social ads to sustain visibility and reinforce key moments from MWC.
